Jerry Povolotsky was an amazing Finance Consultant. He was personable, professional and knowledgable. Answer all of my questions with confidence and explained in detail anything I had additional questions about. Could not have asked for better service.

Our salesman was Ales Olecky, and one of the best we have had. He was very patient with me as I was undecided between 2 models. He took the time to show me the differences and got to know exactly what I wanted by asking questions so I would chose the right one. Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Without question, this is the most horrible service experience I've ever had in my years as a BMW owner. Not only did they keep my car for five days, but then called me back the morning that I was supposed to pick my car up and tell me that they destroyed the fuel door on the side of my car as they were driving it. The end result was another day without my car. All in 7 days to do a simple service. $3,400 and at no point did they ever consult my service agreement that I purchased when I bought the car - they did not do the basic process of finding out what was already covered instead of choosing to charge me for things that did not need to be done. Just the worst experience ever do not deal with this dealership. The service department is run by imbiciles.
