I wanted to give a huge shout out to Hendrick BMW Northlake for their continued support of my school Devonshire Elementary. Cam, the general manager is terrific and they are so great to support our students and staff here at DES. They have forged an excellent partnership with us and care about their community. I can't recommend buying a car from this location more. Everyone that I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the service advisor was extremely helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered, and I was taken care of every step of the way. It really felt like I was valued as a person and not just a customer. Thank you to Conor for working with me around the clock to find the perfect ride, and thank you to Kori for walking me through the car and getting it tailored to my needs.

Hendrick BMW Charlotte NC is amazing! The Hendrick BMW facility in Charlotte NC, their personal and inventory as well as their delivery team of my vehicle has never failed to impress. From Jeff Shinn our sales rep who found us our vehicle in less than a week, to Michael C who secured us reasonable and fast financing, to Will Evens who setup and demonstrated all the technical features of my new car in record time. The customer service was outstanding and the ease of purchase was impressive and completed in less than 3 hours. I love 💕 my new car and Hendrick BMW of Charlotte.
