Extremely poor customer service

worst car buying experience, ever. Dealer refused to give us the deal we agreed on, in writing. After a WEEK of phone calls, finally got finance manager on the phone and reviewed all the figures of purchase and trade in verbally, we made an appointment to be at the dealership Fri at 10 a.m. for finalizing and I told him I had to be done in an hour, and he agreed. We arrived at 10 a.m., and by 1:15 pm he was still asking the sales person for our mailing address (We were easily credit approved and lived in our present address for 8 years). After he gave our sales rep a hard time, he did zero on our file, and we spent four hours at the dealership for nothing. The sales manager promised to have the suv delivered to us later in the day. It never happened. Then he promised Saturday 10 a.m. By Saturday after 1 pm, they had JUST processed paperwork that we waited for all week. We lost another entire day today waiting for delivery of our SUV - they had absolutely no respect for us as buyers and no respect for our time. I don't even care about the new purchase, the entire episode left a bad taste in my mouth I truly did not want to complete the purchase and went along with it due to my husband's insistence he really wanted that vehicle, I've NEVER been treated with such blatant disregard for me as a customer. They don't provide you with the "deal" you think you made when you go home you have nothing written down. Gary the finance manager is just rude. He has no clue as to how to treat customers. I would never buy another vehicle from them. I've asked for their GM to call me FIVE TIMES and I don't matter to him so believe me, I will take my and my family's business elsewhere and we not only buy a lot of cars but I know a LOT of folks that always ask me for recommendations. I would NOT do business with them again.

We keep trying to finalize purchase of a new X3.

We keep trying to finalize purchase of a new X3. First, they sent us home a week ago with nothing in writing on "deal" we were promised. Next, it took all week to get Gary Finance mgr on the phone. Thursday, we reviewed figures and I told him we're coming in 10 a.m. Friday and I need to be out in one hour, he said ok. We arrived at dealership Friday, ready to trade for our X3, and paperwork not ready. We got asked the same questions mulitple times by sales rep on behalf of Gary whom we never met. I had to leave for work after more than three hours of waiting, then they promised to deliver our X3 to our home. Yesterday. At the end of the day, they promised to deliver at 10 a.m. today, and now it's one hour later and no X3. They don't keep appointments with customers, they don't respect our time or value us, and the don't tell the truth. They're disorganized and inattentive, my worst car buying experience, ever.

Outstanding car buying experience! My salesperson Karl Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. He was patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Karl updated me weekly on vehicles that fit my needs and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect BMW. I was looking for months in NY, NJ, PA and CT- then Karl gave me the very best price on a pre-owned certified 3 series with very low mileage, that looks brand new and drives like a dream! Out of all of the BMW salesmen I've dealt with over the years Karl Rodriguez is by far the best! Peter Rizkalla in finance was helpful and honest and made the purchase a breeze. He also offered me the top of the line extended warranty at an incredible price that no dealer could beat. Thank you Karl and Peter for sincerely making this the best car buying experience.
