I’m sharing this to protect other buyers from what I experienced at DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisco. What was supposed to be a dream come true have become a nightmare. When I purchased my car, I was charged over $15,000 on warranties and services applied to my car and some of them I never agreed too—and they were registered to a completely different vehicle, with a big price difference from what they put on my financing contract which was supposed to be 60 months and not 72 months also charged on top of all that told me that they were going to charge 2% fee that they said dealership in ny are allowed to charge. I was never given a copy of my purchase contract at the time of sale. After calling for months with no response (while living out of state), I finally returned to the dealership in person—only then did they hand me the paperwork. That’s when I discovered the hidden charges and mismatched warranty info. documents signed days after I had the car with me, mind you got the car on June 28 2024 and some files are signed on July 2nd 2024 by someone in their team. The General Manager, Trevor Warwick, made repeated verbal promises to resolve the issue but never followed through and intentionally delaying and purposely never wanting to settle He missed scheduled calls, offered no documentation, or and advised me to pause my loan payments, which led to late fees and damage to my credit. This has gone far enough. I will now proceed to file formal complaints with the FTC, NY Attorney General, DMV, BBB, CFPB, BMW North America, and Bank of America. Their practices are deceptive, negligent, and disrespectful of customers. I urge anyone considering doing business here to scrutinize every document and never trust verbal commitments. I could write an entire book with what I had to go through by dealing with this situation to later be disrespected by management scheduling calls with days ahead to later say they were busy ro be on the call and never wanting to send anything in writing

I am writing this review to correct a wrong and offer a sincere public apology to the outstanding sales team at DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisko, specifically to my salesman, Felipe Cordeiro, and Sales Manager, Ed. I regrettably submitted a low assessment on a dealership-provided survey, mistakenly believing it was a way to prompt BMW corporate to contact me. I have since learned that my submission negatively impacted Felipe and Ed, and for that, I am truly sorry. I've been told there's no way to directly amend the survey, but I hope this review serves to publicly acknowledge their exceptional service and rectify any negative impression. During my visit, Felipe and Ed provided truly tremendous care, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and desires. Thanks to their efforts, I drove away with the BMW iX EV I had been searching for for months. Their transparency and upfront approach were pivotal in making my decision easy and confident. Even after my purchase, Felipe was incredibly responsive, answering my calls and texts, and guiding me even on his day off. Ed and Felipe are, without a doubt, immense assets to BMW of Mt. Kisko. I feel genuinely horrible for the unintended consequences of my survey. I will wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisko, and especially Ed and Felipe, to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. Once again, my deepest apologies and immense gratitude to both Felipe and Ed.

Horrible customer service by Miss Cruz. I called weeks ago waiting for an answer. She gives me nasty answers. I don’t know how they keep her avoid this place forget about it.
