Keeler BMW

On October 11th I went for a flat tire for service. I scheduled and called ahead of time and I was told to drop it off a 1 pm. They said that had somehow ordered the wrong tires. I didn’t have any way to get back home. I requested for a loaner and they said we had an incident before and that’s why I can’t take a loaner. The incident was under my name not my sons and o told them the car I brought was under my son’s name. They didn’t give a loaner regardless. I ended up getting a ride from my friend to come home. I came back later around 5 pm Monday to pick my car up. I wanna let you people know I’ve bought 5 cars from them. One Mercedes keeler, 2 x5s, 1 330, 1 BMW m3. I do not recommend to go to keeler buy a car and get services done they are horrible and rude people. Today October 25th, I scheduled an appointment at south BMW they were so polite and willing to give me a loaner. I recommend everyone go to south BMW dealer. Do not go to keeler, you’ll just be given poor service and rude attitudes.

We had an excellent experience in purchasing our car at Keeler Mercedes-Benz in Latham, NY today 10/14/25. Andrea Monzo, our sales consultant, was so efficient, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly & extremely patient. Steven (finance) was knowledgeable & efficient. As his co-worker (I believe his name is Wally)was. The entire experience was a pleasure.

I have bought a used car from this Dealership and my experience was amazing everyone had a great attitude that’s the first thing I look for when I walked in. My main guy “Ken” was amazing everything I needed he got it done and for that I will always be appreciative. Thank you “Ken and Keeler.
