This was my second car purchase in the past seven days from Habberstad BMW. I arrived at the dealership at 1 PM and didn’t leave with my brand-new 7 Series until 7 PM because I was torn between two models. Benny and Matthew worked with me patiently and ultimately made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. While I was waiting, they even let me set up my computer so I could get some work done. After being a loyal customer of another BMW dealership for over 20 years, I decided to give Habberstad BMW a chance. I walked in at 3 PM and told the salesperson and manager, “I’m here to buy a car with no games.” Three hours later, I purchased the car. When they asked when I wanted to pick it up, I said, “Now.” The rest is history—I drove off the lot with my new BMW. The team at the dealership was extremely professional and treated me like gold. Nick Rappa was great. As an out of state buyer, he was extremely communicative and helpful from the first call all the way up until I drove my new car off the lot. Ronnie in finance, as well as the sales manager Waleed, were very helpful as well throughout the buying process. The car itself was exactly as it was described/pictured over the internet.
