We purchased an X6 this week from Marcus - our second car from South Albany. Literally the best dealership to work with from beginning to end. The process was easy, efficient and quick. Marcus could not have been better or easier to work with. He was honest, forthcoming and very responsive. Based on my experience buying numerous cars over the years, this is the best BMW dealership in the area - no question!

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this dealership. I had purchased a 2022 BMW M240i xDrive from them and was told in writing that four tires were replaced before delivery, I had also paid a NYS tire fee based off of this information. When the car had arrived the rear tires were four years old and nearly bald as to which my salesman had verbally agreed. I was also charged a NYS inspection fee even though the car is being registered in NJ. I have been ignored by the General Manager for the last month and have received no resolution as all. If I don’t have something done about this as soon as possible I will look to resolve this through legal routes. I would never recommend this dealership due to the fact that they don’t keep their word and would rather jeopardize they reputation over two tires and $15.99 in fees.

Ready to close the deal, the sales manager blew it up. "My manager said that because of the generous discount he gave off the MSRP, he would not discount the nitrogen fee." Generous? And $300 for $30 of nitrogen that is typically only recommended for F1 or aircraft.
