Katherine Lacorte is not a good sales person She mess up the program in my car not even the keycard she can’t do The alarm don’t work Speed don’t show true the front glass Car has No washer fluid She did not return call I love my BMW X5 This car runs like no other

Horrible experience

This is the experience I had with a salesman at Freeport BMW. Stephen Limazopoulos is a very sneaky dishonest salesman. The salesman I was originally dealing with was off the day I completed my deal. So a manager had Stephen finish the transaction. I gave Stephen $1,000 and signed the paperwork and completed the deal. During the 45 minutes I was there I asked Stephen several times for the keys and the sold sign. Stephen assured me the car was mine and said the car wouldn’t be showed or test drove again. I noticed Stephen was stalling for time and still didn’t supply me with the keys to me new car. I grew impatient and again asked for the keys to my new car. He reluctantly informed me he gave my keys to my new car to a potential customer of his for a test drive. Are you kidding me. How dishonest can a human being be??? He totally lied to my face! I immediately canceled the deal. I sent the dealership several emails with my frustration and spoke with the original salesman I first met. Finally 8 days later a manager called me to inquire about my experience. After a lengthy conversation with the manager. He was no help at all. I will never recommend Freeport BMW to anyone. Horrible horrible experience.
