Uncharging my customer order before delivery!

BUYERS BEWARE! DISHONEST, MONEY HUNGRY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT PRIORITY! Yes, this review is the same across multiple social media platforms, because this needs to be shown how they really operate. I had worked through an auto broker who worked with BMW Princeton to secure an allocation for custom BMW build. These builds take about 6-8 weeks. Negotiations were done April 29, 2021 with an intent to lease on agreed terms with Salesman Chris Miranda. My car had been built and is ready to be transported from the factory in Mexico to eventually BMW Princeton perhaps on the next 3-4 weeks according to BMW's online vehicle tracker. I received a call from General Manager Jim Polito letting me know that due to "market conditions" they cannot sell me the vehicle that I built to my specifications because they don't work with third party brokers anymore (even though my order was done back in April). The best they can do is sell me my custom order vehicle for more money than agreed upon, otherwise they will keep it as their own inventory to try and sell for more. Very dishonest, and manipulative. Jim's reasons for pretty much "shaking me down for more money" was due to "market conditions" and this is direct from Holman. This shady tactic, not only leaves me now without a car that was agreed upon months ago, but took a hit with my credit application and it took me out of the market from pursing other vehicles that were available at the time. I would highly recommend you stay away from BMW Princeton as they do not promote the values instilled by Holman Auto Group. Let me quote their values from their own website, "The Holman name stands for honesty, respect, and integrity in servicing our customers, driven in part by our leaders who reinforce the core values of our family-owned business". Where is this because I didn't experience this. If you're looking for a BMW I would strongly look elsewhere. Look at BBB, there's a reason they are not accredited there.
