On August 2020 I returned my leased X-3 and bought pre- certified 2017 X3. They told me I had to pay $1600.00 extra for the returned leased vehicles repairs. The salesperson agreed to discount $500.00. Told me I would get refund check from BMW. Never got it. Followed up many times but no resolution. One person called after I posted a complaint and said he will personally look into it. Even went as far to lie and inform me that a check was in the mail for partial. Never got a follow up. Never received the check in the mail. Its not the money that bothers me but its the lie and the misrepresentation. Never will do business with BMW Tenafly. Many other dealers in the area where a customer is not subjected to lies and misrepresentation- and NO FOLLOW UP. Again, its not the money. You can keep it BMW Tenafly. This is a reflection on the people who own this establishment. Shame on you.

Mr Moreno was one of the best sales representatives I could ask for. When I got to BMW, I felt comfortable. He is very helpful and kind. Mr Moreno was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable. I am very pleased and I would recommend him to many of my friends and relatives. I actually went to just see and compare the cars. Not only did I find the car I was looking for, I worked with one of the better sales person I've ever dealt with. Scott Marlowe was amazing, he helped me in every step , from finding the perfect car to explain every step to get that perfect car. I am going again for finalizing, and I am quite sure I will be welcomed with the same warmth and hospitality. Great Experience. Highly recommended..
