Zero stars: the oldest?
Zero stars: the oldest? car dealership story: long journey to and from this dealer to see a specific i4 which wasn't really available for sale. Several prior calls with them to confirm the car is there at the price. Chasing call from salesman (Max) in the AM to encourage an urgent visit due to all this other buyer interest. On arrival: 'sorry that is car not available as of 5mins ago due to..... BUT, we have lots of other cars to sell?' Dealership knew I was traveling in a long way at their insistence but didn't think to inform me that this would be a wasted journey. Get you in the door, etc. Will try Mercedes again who never played these games...
