Brought BMW340i at 32K for an oil leak. Two hrs later got a call nothing is wrong.Did not believe it. At the advice of Debra examined the car myself on the lift - the leak was immediately discovered (by me!)and confirmed by mechanic. Not exactly confidence-builder... Cannot comprehend how the problem was not diagnosed by the mechanic on the first inspection - it was so obvious. The staff and ambience are fine but the heart of a dealership still is the service deptm. Very disappointing.

Ralph, you already left when we came yesterday. Your colleague Jason was rude and was thinking we where crazy.
Jason did not give the proper service expected in BMW.
When I say we already negotiate a good deal for the similar package of the X3 jason say it is impossible like I was lying and try to play him. I was very transparent and we were genuinely interested for the X3 but we will not overpay for it. It is two month I watch the market for X3 and X5.
I have done my homework as a consumer.
At the end it is very deceiving services we got especially after the long drive we have made to come to your dealership. This left a very sour taste for our experience. Espacially poor service by Jason.
I am not sure if we could agree to a deal that satisfy both party but at least I am sure you will have provided a better deal.
I will suggest to Jason to read the book blink by Malcolm Gladwell and read the Part about car salesman.
Finally we have bought a 2017 X3 35I with package I was looking for 37000$ as say from another bmw dealer in new Jersey.
