My recent experience at Open Road BMW far exceeded my expectations. After dealing with poor service and feeling taken advantage of by three other dealerships, I was understandably hesitant to try again. However, I decided to give it one more shot—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, Kara provided outstanding service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—never pushy or dismissive. Her courteous and attentive approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for—a Lexus RX Sport—and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase. A special thank you as well to the team member who assisted with the financing process; their support and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Overall, Open Road BMW delivered a level of service that restored my confidence in the car-buying experience.

Great experience. Friendly and well versed on the electrical i5 that I purchased. The car sold me after 2 test drives . Smooth as silk and full of power to spare. It's a must to drive . Doug ,RODRiGO and Jarmel were great. Very patient with my wife and i. I installed a 50amp with a dedicated 250 line. Best part no more gas stations for us. I gave it a full charge and was ready to go 316 miles . Cost to full charge was 8 dollars compared to a 80 dollar gas bill . Love the car , loved the people at open road.
