I had an awesome experience bringing my BMW in for service. Gina was my advisor, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car — no stress, no surprises. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything’s done right. My car came back running perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re taking your BMW in for service, definitely ask for Gina — she’ll take great care of you!

I had a great experience during my first service visit.
I had a great experience during my first service visit. However, it would be great if the option for a loaner could be available instead of a one trip monetary/voucher trip. I am just comparing my previous experiences from Park Ave BMW, where a loaner car was always an available option.

Brought my BMW in for regular maintenance and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, everything was done on time, and they kept me updated throughout. The car feels great, and the process was really smooth. Definitely happy with the service!
