I had a truly disappointing experience with this dealership. In my opinion, they were completely unprofessional and misleading throughout the entire process. I felt like key information was being hidden from me, and the way things were handled on their lot and even on my property made me very uncomfortable. The worst part was the classic bait-and-switch. I was told a particular car was being held for me, only to find out they sold it to someone else without even giving me a courtesy call. After all the time and effort I put in, it felt like they had no respect for my business or my trust. Overall, I left feeling misled and frustrated. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere where honesty and customer service actually matter.

I recently purchased a Z4 from Noah. As someone new to the BMW experience I found Noah to be instantly welcoming to the dealership and incredibly knowledgeable about cars. He is obviously an automotive enthusiast and his enthusiasm was infectious. I would definitely buy my next BMW from Noah!
