Were tires ordered and service date rescheduled
Scheduled a service appointment for 9 7:30 am. I arrived on time and listed the service I was requesting. Tire replacement. I arrived on time and talked with a service agent. They did not have the tires in stock and they would have to be ordered. I was told they would be in on Thursday and the service agent would make a new appointment for me on Thursday May 11th. and I would receive an email of the appointment. I received a general email. I called to confirm instead of two tires I wanted four. I had to leave a message. I provided all of my specific information. No appointment had been set up for me on Thursday, no response to my call for the additional tires to be ordered. I went on-line and the earlist appointment I could make is May the 15th. This is my first experience with this dealership. So I show up on time, called back to get 4 tires instead of 2 because they did not have them in stock. I doubt if they even ordered them, because they do not return calls, and I have not received a confirmation of the supposed new service date of May 9th. Does this dealership even care to have my business. I did get an estimate of the four tires. $2,225.62. That would seem like a sale they would want to make. or not?

Appalling Horrible Purchase Experience
My recent purchase from Plaza BMW was a complete debacle. The trade-in, loyalty discount and interest rate they offered in order to entice me to make a substantial down payment suddenly evaporated when purchase and pick up day came a few months later. The nice guy customer advocate had disappeared and was replaced by arcane hardball sales tactics. Additionally, they incorrectly told me that options I ordered were on the car when they were not. Their smugness, lack of knowledge of their own product and deceptive sales practices make them a business to avoid.
