Plaza BMW Sold Me A Broken Car

I will start this off by saying I've been a long time customer of Plaza Motors, My family has purchased 4 cars from them and have had nothing but pleasant experiences (Mainly at Plaza Mercedes). But About 2 weeks ago I bought a Honda S2000 from Plaza BMW, everything seemed fine, I even got a great deal on the car. Alas, about a week later I find out that the car had $6500 worth of damage that they didn't disclose to me when I bought it. I asked for the inspection report that they did before they sold me the car, and to my surprise they left out all information concerning the clutch in the report (that's the part that was broken). Now they have become extremely rude and have stopped accepting my calls. They will not work with me at all and are trying to have me foot the bill. Because of this I know have to get lawyers involved just to return the car. Plaza BMW is full of scammers and rude sales people (Statement based on my personal experience and is only directed toward the people I personally dealt with) THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR AT PLAZA BMW, I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO END UP IN A SITUATION LIKE I AM CURRENTLY IN. ALL OTHER PLAZA SUBGROUPS I HAVE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH BUT BMW WILL KNOWINGLY SELL YOU BROKEN CARS.
Online Purchase is Horrible

Tried to buy a vehicle online and I was told everything was ready to pick up. I called twice and was told the vehicle and paperwork will be ready to go.
I went to pick up the vehicle and was told nothing was ready and I couldn't take delivery.
Don't ever try and buying a vehicle here. Just an unorganized car lot.

Service Advisor Paul Badgett is one of the finest service representatives I have encountered in 40 years of automobile ownership, and I have had many excellent service experiences. Paul initially assisted me with a problem that was seemingly simple, but which became more complicated with each visit. Paul was very patient, helpful and informative throughout the process. Although I experienced some unexpected delays, Paul walked me through the difficulties. I was most comfortable and also provided with refreshments during my unexpected waits. Thanks again to Paul and the entire service staff at Plaza BMW !
