It is apparent that Plaza uses the cheap oil changes to look for service business. I took my car in 6 times to pass a state inspection. Took the car elsewhere who fixed the problem and passed me in one visit. What I did get from Plaza was an erroneous estimate for other repairs totaling $5000 with everything from tires to new brakes and rotors. Still driving with no flags. Need a refund on the inspection.
