We purchased our second BMW X3 from Wendy on 1/30/2026. It was nothing but an awesome experience where she went above and beyond to ensure she addresses not only all our preferences within the budget we had in mind, but also took around all the cars and ensured we see those in person, test drive those before making a decision. She went an extra mile to clear our slightest doubt in our mind to fit the car in our garage and drove it all the way to our home to confirm that even before we made a decision. Always felt a personal touch in this pursuit and an exceptional client experience which converted a prospect to happy and satisfied client. Not to forget their Owner stopping by couple of times to check on us, their finance Director Armin handling the numbers and explaining all the deal nuances with care. And the great finishing touch by GENIUS (I think his real name was Allan) for setting the App and explaining us all the features. Overall a very happy and satisfying experience while we left the dealership after spending almost 4 hours there.
