Have purchased many cars from this dealership over the years. Consistently great experience all around. Does not have the facilities of some of the bigger dealerships, but the buying process is second to none.
Super disappointed in our car salesman's honesty

Our Italian salesman led us to believe that we were buying a Certified used car. We were so naïve that we took his word that the guys in the detail department hadn't been doing their job when we noticed areas that needed cleaning. There were no floor mats in our 2017 BMW. He assured us he would order them; that was back in August and repeated phone calls, sending notes, and actually leaving him a message on his desk...still No floor mats. We are retired and do not get to Rochester very often so have been unable to speak to him personally. The worst experience was on the 5th day (last day to return the car) we had a tire with low pressure and was told to bring it in on Monday as no one was in the service department that Friday afternoon. Monday comes and we get charged for four new tires as there were THREE nails in the low tire. ALL? need to be replaced and balanced. $1,400 later; called Mr. Johnson the General Mng. He never returned our call after saying he would look into it. We have not had a single flat tire on any of our vehicles in many years, but three nails on the new one? Did ask the service rep if the dealership would at least meet us half way on the expense as who is to say the nails weren't there when we bought the car. Tire pressure had been low during the week and having a compressor, my husband had filled it with air. We have bought 4 previous cars, all used from this dealership and were happy until this experience. REALLY, SOUR GRAPES! Have no idea as to where to take the car as we are up a creek without a paddle; that means making payments on the car and with a retiree's income; who can afford extra credit card bills for tires too. Would not recommend the young man whose name starts with double A; Thank you for reading. JR

I have been dealing with the Luther Dealership for over 15 years. They are trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable about their cars. The facility is clean and bright and all the sales people are friendly and helpful. The service department does impeccable work. I will continue to do my business with this dealership.
