Great service
Everything was explained and the appointment was efficient. Loaner car was new and facilities were very nice and car was clean when picked up.

Courteous, prompt service
My trim replacement ended up costing much less than I anticipated and was handled very quickly. A far cry from the terrible experience I've had at the BMW dealership in my hometown in GA.
