BMW did not do a full check on my brakes

My name is Lollie N. Marcelin. Attached you will find a series of attachments. These files contain a series of photos, three diagnostics, & break repair receipts that show the undercarriage of my BMW XI 28i which now has 26,709 miles on it. The car was originally purchased and delivered to me on 3/31/22. I have been severely wronged by Carvana. I will begin with the first issue that has uncovered a car being sold by Carvana without full disclosure of prior flooding damage. The car was dropped off on 3/31 with a check engine light displaying two days later. I then took it to the first shop Monro an approved repair shop by SilverRock. Monro pulled up several codes and stated the Breaks have massive red dust, and when they drove it felt there were no pads, & shocks, but they do not specialize in those cars so it was critical for me to take it to BMW for the codes and Breaks. So from 4/1 - 4/5, the car was in two shops Monro had it for three days BMW had it for 1. BMW replaced the sensor and said that the breaks were ok, I asked did they check them and they said yes. It has now been uncovered and addressed with BMW corporate/service that they had not done a full inspection on the breaks but focused on the sensors. This was verified when I once again took the car back to BMW on 5/24/22 complaining of loud scraping sounds when you turn right or left on the car. BMW came back with an estimate which is the link you will see below for the replacement of breaks, rotors, etc. This of course was a bill of over 2K which is normal for breaks to be replaced for BMW but to go from just 5 weeks ago saying they were found to be ok to everything being replaced tells me something was overlooked and not right. I immediately took it to a third shop Steve Automotive. 1st to address the breaks and confirm all of those things now needed to be changed and 2, to have a full inspection done by a dealer who does not deal with Silver Rock to have a complete diagnostic of the car's undercarriage along with the brake replacement since their fees would save me close to 700.00 dollars on the brake job. From the original diagnostic done by BMW for the breaks, Silver Rock stated it was not covered as it is regular wear and tear. When I went the second time trying to explain that this is due to Flood damage I have proof they refused to accept the claim. I want to be clear that a complaint has been filed against BMW as well as the photos and the second full diagnostic done by a third party shop (Steve's Automotive) confirm that this car was sold without a full 150 inspection being completed. The photos and the third-party shop diagnostic shows the car has been damaged and had been flooded and that damage was never disclosed on the Carfax or Carvana, which puts the Carfax report in question along with the 150-point inspection the check engine light alone would have come up. So I have the car at Steve's for the brake job and the deep diag. I get a call from Steve's shop to tell me that the reason the breaks, rotors, and sensors, had to be replaced was not normal wear and tear but due to water damage had my car been in a flood. I said no-showed the carfax etc. they said that report is not correct and proceeded to walk step by step showing clear signs of rust, mud, etc. on so many parts I couldn't breathe. Here I am out of pocket 1,576 for breaks etc, 180 for BMW diagnostic, 120 for Steve's second diagnostic, 45 dollars for Lyft when only having the car for less than 60 days and being on business trips for 50% of that time not driving the car and now I still have a problem, this car will not pass state inspection in MA

Lies, lies and more lies.

They ordered the wrong parts. Instead of telling me this when they first realized this, they kept putting me off, telling me they want to make sure the job is done correctly, stalling until the right parts came in. Will have the work done elsewhere. Had to spend a half hour while they removed charges for warranty items.
