Joel was my service advisor and he was excellent.
Joel was my service advisor and he was excellent. Very happy with both my car and the service. My only negative comment is when I made the appointment the operator said it would be 1.5 hours and no loaners (even with an extended service contract). Service took 2.5 hours. Wish they would’ve been more upfront about the time.
