The service staff at BMW of Bel Air is an amazing group of people. Andrew in the service department is as so helpful on getting the service done to my vehicle and also informing me of anything that might have needed attention to as well.

Awful experience.
Awful experience. Unprepared at time of sale. Misleading quote for new car. No communication amongst employees. Oh and being lied to. Hard pass!

What an awful experience.
What an awful experience. The business manager tried to bait and switch me at the time of purchase. The dealership was expecting me first thing Saturday morning yet they kept me waiting over 30 minutes to sign the paperwork even though I was the only customer present. The paperwork contained the wrong numbers twice which delayed this further. And employees kept complaining that they were short handed and that caused some issues. In my history of buying cars, this has been one of the most amateurish and unpleasant car buying experiences.
