I scheduled a recall repair that should take about 1?
I scheduled a recall repair that should take about 1?2 hours, but I ended up having to make two separate trips and was without my vehicle for over 48 hours. My first appointment on 11/28 was not honored, and the second appointment on 12/1 resulted in another full-day delay before the work even began. The lack of communication and the extended wait time caused significant inconvenience for me. I hope the dealership improves scheduling and transparency so other customers don?t experience the same issue.

This recall typically requires a longer repair time because it involves the head airbag, which requires removal of the headliner and additional time to complete properly.
