Yes I would recommend. Pleased with service writer and lube department. Car was serviced according to bmw guidelines people were friendly helpful and professional waiting area was clean impressive building

I located the car I was looking for on CARS.COM at BMW Louisville. My initial contact via the cars.com website was fast and efficient. Devin Bowman did a great job corresponding with me and we put the deal together totally via text and e-mail. The process was fast, efficient, and the dealership was very flexible in helping me make arrangements to get the car after hours when I arrived in Louisville. A quality dealership that I would do business with again.
