I had a great experience at Fields BMW Northfield, from the best salesperson, Ray Judeh, to the finance department. Ray was easy to communicate with by text, email, and phone. Getting me all my answers quickly from my questions, From setting up an appointment to see the car and start the paperwork. I never felt any pressure from Ray or the finance department. There was no overpressure to get the add-ons; they just explained what they were, and the ones I said no to did not try to change my mind. Overall, a wonderful experience driving out with my new car, feeling like I was not bullied or. Had my time disrespected.
