This was my second BMW purchase and it was a fantastic experience. Natalie Gibson and General Sales Manager Keith Svec streamlined the process once again to give me the best overall possible deal of my vehicle. They ensured the vehicle specifications were exactly as I ordered and made the process efficient. In working with this team over the last few years I see that they are really truly dedicated to the customer satisfaction experience. They are also very well-informed on the product and answer all questions thoroughly. I believe that they really want to make sure that the customer is truly valued not just in the deal on the vehicle but also the overall experience. Client retention is important these days and they are aware of that. I surpassed 6 BMW dealerships that are closer distance to me, in order to do business with this particular dealership.
