Very receptive and their professionalism was over and beyond. Overall very pleased with Mr. Cooper Daniel’s Sales Manager & Dontavia Edwards Sales Associate who took care of my sales experience. I truly felt that they cared about me and not just the purchase of a vehicle. Best regards and I shall refer individuals to your dealership for the genuine experience.

I purchased my Kia from here and the experience at the time seemed okay, but after having to go through what I've gone through in the past 2 years with this card has been ridiculous. I was promised a second key by the salesperson and never received it and he stopped taking my calls. I was talked into purchasing an extended warranty that covered absolutely nothing when the car needed $1600 worth of repairs within the first three months, and asked for a copy of my contract and was emailed a different contract than the one signed by me. The finance person said he corrected the issue but I am quite sure he didn't and wanted to get me off the phone. I take accountability for not being experienced/knowledgably about purchasing a car from the dealership, but I promise the next time things will be completely different.

I’ve had the worst experience ever with this dealership. I left with a 2018 X540e and traded in my 2019 Lexus IS300. I had to go straight to the dealership here locally, as soon as I got off my exit, the very same day I left with the X5. I was contacted by Jason Diaz a couple of weeks ago and was reassured they wanted to make things right and would take care of me and to make this experience better. I lost the registration to the X5 in the middle of moving and have contacted both Tray Ward and Jason Diaz several times via phone and email, every single day. I was told by Jason, he would have tray get the duplicate registration emailed over asap. I’ve yet to receive this. The lack of communication has been super frustrating, let alone, I’m not even able to brake regularly without the check engine and drive train message pop up. When this happens (multiple times every single day) I’m not able to exceed 30-40 mph and could easily be hit. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in a vehicle, let alone, one I just traded in for. This is supposed to be a happy and good buying experience and this has definitely been so far from that. I’d like the CEO’s contact information asap, given that nobody has taken care of me when all of these issues, are a very urgent matter.
