I’ve been a loyal BMW Tampa customer for years and have brought four different BMWs here for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My regular service advisor is no longer there, and the person I worked with this time was inattentive and not knowledgeable. I didn’t feel the level of professionalism or care I’ve come to expect from BMW. After 10 years of trusting this dealership with my vehicles, this visit is my last!

Complete waste of time talking with these guys.
Complete waste of time talking with these guys. Was ready to buy a Cayenne and talked with one of the managers that even gave me his personal number. We agreed on a price and I was even interested in buying two new vehicles as well. Despite multiple daily calls and texts on my part attempting to close the deal I was given around then told they sold it to one of their partner dealerships. Even after the annoyance I was assured the manager of that dealership would contact me but 10 days later NOTHING!!! Complete and utter waste of time and lost another awesome deal due to the manager here.

UPDATE 9/19/2025: Kurt Dooley reached out, and everything has been resolved. recently bought a used 2021 Audi with really low mileage from BMW of Tampa. I was told that the car was given a 100% inspection. But within a couple of days of purchase, I started smelling anti freeze. I first thought that it might be due to them recently adding fluids to the car. Two weeks later I’m still smelling anti freeze so I took the car to a local Audi dealership to check it out. I was told by the mechanic that the water pump has a leak and it showed that the water pump was leaking for a while due to rust stains. The mechanic told me that it was going to cost over $6000 to replace the water pump. The mechanic provided a video of the water pump and rust stains. On September 4, 2025 I emailed the management of BMW of Tampa and attached the video from the mechanic. I received an email back later that night on September 4 from a manager, where he apologized and asked that I bring the car in for his mechanics to look over. And he stated that “Hopefully, we will connect tomorrow and can try and work on a solution. Once again, I apologize for the issue.” I emailed back informing him that I already had the car repaired due to the urgency of the matter. I gave him a time to call me.
