Run!

Run!!! Dont waste your time. These are investors not car people. By the way they treeat people and former customers the only thing that makes sense is that they need to lose money. Our salesman was nice but he was just a pawn depending on supposed management to get him prices, keys to vehicles etc.. We waited 20 minutes just for him to locate keys. They tell you one thing and then do completely the opposite. I will never step foot into this dealership again. Mrs Reeves was an upstanding member of the Tampa community. From the $2900 in extra fees they try to add on to the purchase, to the other tactics, if your IQ is above 50 you will catch on fast and run!

Disappointing.

Reviewed by rcboucher01April 04, 2025

Disappointing.. Recently bought a used CPO car from this dealership. Worked with them online and over the phone as they had a car that I was specifically looking for. BMW B7 , I have received the car and it is not as described at all. The team let a car that was supossedly recondition to BMW specification and by the salesman LIKE NEW ship out of the dealership with the following comments from the shipper. " Oil and dirt mark all over the car, 40 small paint chips just on front half of car, damage to the front bumper painted over, 40 + dimples in the paint and lastly front spoiler has damage on bottom." Once received I would add inside had zero detailing done to it, I have been working with my sales rep to in his words "make this right" Have spoken to the General sales manager who assured me he would make it right and left a message for the GM... With the exception of the sales rep crickets. Car is now 3000 miles from the dealership! Should have known better you would think a business would want to make it right? Good luck to you, I wish you the best.

Reviewed by Robin Christian from FLORIDAMarch 20, 2025

I wrote Safe-Guard Products International, LLC to formally dispute the denial of my claim under the BMW Ultimate Protection Program (Safe-Guard Products International, LLC). I took my vehicle to BMW of Tampa on March 13, 2025, and it remains there as of this writing, after discovering a nail in my tire that caused a significant loss of pressure. To my utter disbelief, my claim was DENIED. This decision is completely unacceptable and unjustifiable. Denying a claim for something as simple and common as a nail in the tire-an issue that can happen to anyone-is utterly ludicrous. As a loyal BMW customer who has paid a premium for the Ultimate Protection Program, I expect a higher level of service, especially when the damage is not caused by negligence or misuse. This incident clearly falls under the coverage of the program, and I am absolutely furious that my claim was rejected without any valid explanation. Even though the nail is in the center of the tire it causes the loss of air. That in itself is justifyable. I am beyond frustrated with the claims department's blatant disregard for the trust and value that customers like me place in your brand. The BMW Ultimate Protection Program is specifically advertised to cover situations just like this, and yet you have chosen to deny a basic, legitimate claim. This not only reflects poorly on your company but feels like a direct betrayal of the trust I've placed in BMW. I demand that you immediately re-evaluate my claim and provide a clear, detailed explanation for its denial. I expect a swift resolution and that my claim is honored in full accordance with the terms and conditions of the program. Let it be known-I will not hesitate to escalate this matter if it is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I expect your immediate attention to this issue and look forward to a swift, fair resolution. Even after my dispute they stand on thier decision 😡. BMW of Tampa is not completely off the hook because they endorse & sell this company's product. Safe-Guard Products International, LLC This business is NOT BBB Accredited.
