I set an appointment for oil change service a week in
I set an appointment for oil change service a week in advance ( for 9:30) since my time is in short supply. I was not checked in till 10:15am. I did not get completed till noon. It seems like retail sales no longer has respect for our time. If your not going to honor your own schedule, then make the policy first come first served, so we all have the same expectation. DO NOT set the expectation that at 9:30 your scheduled time will be your turn!
