My new BMW purchase began with inquiring about the M340i I saw online and was promptly contacted by Malcolm. He provided a lot of information, shot a video, and answered all of my questions. He was very respectful of my busy schedule and communicated with me mostly via text which I appreciated. There was never any pressure, no annoying phone calls or follow ups. Just very straightforward and easy to deal with. I finally came to the conclusion. The timing was right, the vehicle was right, and the financing offer was outstanding.
