Negotiated price and terms wih used car manager Bob and
Negotiated price and terms wih used car manager Bob and was working with sales agent Julian to get the dealership additional info that they requested. When I asked 30 minutes later to pay a deposit to reserve the car, I was told that the car was sold to someone else and that this situation "just happens". This dealership sucks. DON'T BUY FROM HERE, AND DEFINITELY DON'T TRUST SALES MANAGER BOB AND SALES REP JULIAN!!!

Disappointing, Costly, and Avoidable A routine oil
Disappointing, Costly, and Avoidable A routine oil change turned into a nightmare. Because of negligence during service and a failure to communicate an issue that should have been identified, my BMW M4 overheated and suffered additional damage that resulted in multiple tows and unnecessary expenses. When I attempted to resolve this professionally, management refused accountability. The Service Manager, Claude, was dismissive, spoke over me repeatedly, and admitted fault verbally but refused to fix the damage. I have audio evidence of this interaction. This experience destroyed my trust in this dealership. BMW customers deserve far better than this.
