New Country BMW in Hartford is an excellent trustworthy Dealership. I bought a BMW X3 from Habberstadt BMW in NY. The car had many issues as soon as pulled off the lot and Got back to Hartford CT. I went to New Country BMW in Hartford, Estelle Percoski In Services went to bat for me and fought hard! She spared all stress related issues from ever reaching me until after she figured it all out and had a Zero cost solution for me! Estelle is an Outstanding employee! I truly can't thank her enough! Her Manager in Services Josh Tyler is one of the most understanding Fair n kind person ever! He supports his staff and goes the extra mile for each and every customer! Josh was right along side supporting Estelle and fighting to make sure I received a beautiful perfect BMW to enjoy! I highly Recommend New Country BMW in Hartford! Thank you u all! Praise God! Amen

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with New Country BMW. Not only did they damage my car, but they refused to take any responsibility for their actions. When I dropped off my vehicle, they took pictures of it from every angle, like they always do. When I asked to see the pictures they refused to show them to me. Despite providing clear evidence of the damage caused by their negligence, the general manager Brandon Small was uncooperative and dismissive. He showed a complete lack of accountability leaving me to deal with the consequences of their actions on my own.

Good Luck Getting to Talk to Someone on the Phone.

Good luck getting anyone to answer a phone. Between the "automated system" and straight-to-voice-mail, it's impossible. You would think a dealer that sells high-end cars would at least be able to man the phones. Buy a bus pass, it'll be less aggravating.
