Purchased a vehicle from Rusnak BMW on 11/2025.
Purchased a vehicle from Rusnak BMW on 11/2025. It took over four hours to complete the process from start to finish. To their defense it was a Sunday where they were apparently short staffed. However, our sales person was attentive and friendly. Another area of improvement is for them to increase their flexibility to pricing. I felt the price of the vehicle was high compared to similar vehicles listed on the BMW website. Overall, I felt my experience was average.
