Ryan Bosman and the Rusnak BMW team (including Nancy Lazar, who handles all financing details and is the "glue-person" for everyone!) are nothing short of A+! They know their product is top flight luxury and quality, and while each customer that I observed and I, experiences deep knowledge of their automobiles and of their brand, they are welcoming and professional, yet humble, not arrogant, as one might assume of a high-end dealership. We all have choices, and I shopped several makes with several dealers, but in the end, Ryan and his colleagues won me over, hands down. I am over-the-moon grateful to them for the superior experience I had and cannot express adequately how unequivocally impressed I am with Rusnak BMW! They are my home for BMWs. Full stop!

Today I had the utmost pleasure of working with Rex at Rusnak BMW. As soon as I came in to see the car I planned on purchasing, Rex was ready to go and had the car parked outside for a test drive. He values your time and makes sure to not waste it. He was able to meet me at the price I wanted for the car, and he was super friendly and genuine throughout the entire process. I was able to purchase the car with confidence and worry/doubt free because of how trustworthy Rex is. This was my first time purchasing a car by myself and I plan on coming back to Rex again at Rusnak. I highly recommend asking for Rex.
