Excellent service at BMW of San Diego. Andrew Kim is always professional, helpful, and efficient. The dealership is clean and well organized, and the waiting area is comfortable. I really appreciate the video inspection they send showing the mechanic reviewing my car. Even with an older vehicle, I trust them and highly recommend this dealership.

My experience is and always has been so good at BMW of San Diego. They’re available to all questions, friendly staff and environment. They help out providing additional transportation if your vehicle needs more time getting fixed. In addition I haven’t gone back twice for the same work done because they’ve done it right the first time.
