My car was towed to the BMW service area on 2/20/2024.
My car was towed to the BMW service area on 2/20/2024. The car engine slowed down and overheated, was the issues!!! They said they fixed the car and serviced it. I took the uber and get there to pick up the car. After just a few miles driving! The same issues happened. Paid another $289 for towing the company back to BMW and toke Uber to rent the car again. The claim there were nothing wrong! They insist the care was fixed in the first place. Paid towing company to deliver my car to a reliable service and tested by export service mechanic. No, never again!
