My truck had check engine light after days of trying to get it repaired and still waiting to get information about my truck they told me they needed a switch and will be ready on Wednesday but still no word about my truck i told them that I was going to return to there place of business on Friday to get my money back because I paid for it with cash for my bank and will file a fraud claim with my bank and the better business and contact the state for assistance and turn it over to my lawyer for filling and this is 4 of December and they picked up at my house on 29 of November and on 5 of December if no word i will ask for my money back

DO NOT BUY HERE! My dad, Daniel Kessler, recently bought a pre-owned 2025 BMW M850i convertible from Mountain View BMW, and they misrepresented it! BEWARE! We’re in Dallas and trusted them to be honorable since we were buying it from across the country without physically seeing it, but they weren’t and didn’t disclose prior damage. Now they won’t return our calls or respond to our emails, texts or honest review. We asked their sales manager Don (Hyundai Hong) to be our eyes and ears while pointing out any issues with the like-new car. Specifically he was asked to guarantee that the expensive wheels were perfect. The salesman Cesar was asked to do the same. When the car arrived, one of the wheels was bent and according to the local BMW dealer needs to be replaced for $1,400! When this was immediately brought to their attention, they didn’t respond until we followed up! According to their finance manager, Alexis Gonzalez, he reluctantly said his bosses refused to be responsible for it. The General Manager of the dealership, Pejman “PJ” Roshan, has yet to call us, even though he’s been asked numerous times. We left a voicemail for Don too and no response. This is exactly why used car dealers have a bad reputation. Don’t walk, run away fast!
