visited BMW of Fremont for a repair when warning messages appeared on my car?s display. They provided a loaner vehicle upon request. It wasn?t available right away, but it was a lifesaver for us with a toddler and car seat. The rest of the process was handled well, and insurance showed up promptly for the inspection.

This is my 3rd BMW with the same dealer & pretty much stayed with the same service advisor - Nick Lal. I almost decided to switch to a MB in 2024 until I was convinced, I'd be under better care under Nick in BMW - knowledgeable, professional, caring & also ethical (my ~ 10 years with him, he never, ever tried to upsell or cross sell me for services I don't need. When I placed an order for my 2024 5-series knowing I won't get my car for a long time as it was on backorder with long lead time. without hesitation, I placed the order & went to Nick & told him - "buying a car is a 1-time decision but staying with the car & subsequent services is a long process & you are the differentiator". for the last 18-months after I took possession of the new vehicle, I never looked back. Nick is my man (PERIOD) - how so? if he were on vacation, I'd wait for his return!
