I had an amazing experience working with CJ Phan at Niello BMW Elk Grove. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to take care of me, especially as a first-time buyer with this dealership. Before I even arrived, CJ sent me detailed videos and photos of the car, making sure it was exactly what I needed and that it would be worth my long drive. When I got there, his hospitality was outstanding. During the negotiation, CJ was patient, honest, and really took the time to understand my needs and budget. He helped me find the best possible deal without any pressure, and I truly felt like he was on my side. CJ is a very talented and professional salesperson, and Niello BMW Elk Grove is lucky to have him. I highly recommend asking for CJ if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.

The entire experience was great.
The entire experience was great. From our salesman, our IT guy who helped set us up with our vehicle and the sales manager. We were not in an absolute rush but due to the price and willingness to go and get the vehicle from one of your sister locations, we made the decision to go ahead and make the purchase. And I must say, I absolutely love my BMW. My only wish would to have more range on the i5 other than that….couldn’t be happier.
