I bought a certified pre-owned I3 for my daughter. I don?t know about car, so I totally trusted that the agent was honest. I didn?t ask anything, very easy, came at 5pm and done with everything at 7pm. When I first came, I saw a bunch of scratches around the car (not minor), even though I didn?t ask, the agent promised the dealer would fix it. I didn?t ask because I didn?t know the car will sale ?as is? or else. But I?m happy because I thought the agent really wanted to help. After everything, when I mentioned the promise, he said the service building closed and told me to come back. Today when I came back, he gave me a bottle for touch up and said the dealer can?t do it because it will rain.. I?m very disappointed! I didn?t expect much because I bought a used car, but he didn?t need to promise and treat me like a dumb person. At this time, I think people need to help out each other instead of cheating. All of my friends always say to never trust dealer agents and should be ready to ?fight,? but I didn?t think so and I hoped it would not be like that.
To Danny: ?Pandemic gave everyone a very hard time, please don?t promise just because you think you can sell the car faster. On that day, I did tell my kids about your promise and today I have to teach them to never lie and treat people the way you treated me.?

I can't thank enough for all the service I got from here. I came in for yearly maintenance service and they fixed the noise issue coming from somewhere at the back of my car that I couldn't figure out. Plus, I got all the engine oil and over 60 inspections done as part of maintenance. Their advisor(Carlos) and engineers are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional at this location.

I was very pleased with my experience at the dealer. The Service Manager Darren was very courteous and made sure I was taken care of, and I would recommend him as well.
