Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. Thank you Sami, Devon, Michael, Peter and rest of the new century team! Feeling like I got a family here :)
Deceptive and Fraudulent Dealings

If you enjoy making a deal to purchase a particular car with certain features, but in reality, receive a different car, then this is the dealer for you. Once New Century BMW has your money, they could care less whether they've made a mistake, even if it borders on deceptive advertising/bait and switch tactics.
In short, I was adamant I wanted a hands-free trunk release, more so because my husband and I are expecting a baby and this feature will come in handy when we have our hands full. Just to add some color to this - we test drove a fully-loaded X2 and had this feature shown to us. Then, when we got to negotiations, we decided on a model that didn't have all the bells and whistles, but was assured it had the hands-free trunk feature.
When we were about to take the car off the lot, we tested this feature and it didn't work. We were told at that time that it must have malfunctioned, and were instructed to come back a week later to have their service dept. fix it. Fast forward 1 week, the mechanic says this feature is not on the car at all, despite having a placard inside the car stating it was there.
A few weeks later and we're still trying to set up an appointment with the manager to discuss this. They are avoiding us. Also, to add insult to injury, they offered to credit us a few things from their store.
It is seriously insulting and offensive if they think a few travel coffee mugs or BMW-logo t-shirts are going to fix this situation.
We did NOT get the benefit of our bargain, THE DEALER placed advertisements INSIDE THE CAR for features that aren't there, and they are NOT owning up to their mistakes.
They seriously could care less as they have done nothing to correct this and are dragging their feet to schedule a time to meet with me.
Unfortunately, I'm left with having to take the time to write reviews and warn people about them as well as spend my time to write to BMW Corporate, the Federal Trade Commission about their deceptive acts, the CA Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and the LA County Dept. of Consumer Affairs just so this doesn't happen to someone else.
Despite all this, they probably will still do nothing.
Save yourself some heartache and go to another BMW dealer.

WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MR. ELVIS BLOHM, THE BEST EVER.
Mr. Blohm is the Sales Representative assisted me and my wife, everything was explained and discussed crystal clear and very accurate.
