Hands down the best car service ever!! I have never been treated the way BMW of Mobile treats their customers! And I know it’s not just me because there are other people there with their vehicles and all are given the same great service!

Excellent service. They kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone was very helpful and quality of work was outstanding. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend BMW Collision !

Customer Service was not good this time. I had a 7:45 appointment just to have a turn signal light replaced. By 1:00 p.m. i still had not heard from the service department though I informed them that i needed my vehicle back the same day. I had to call for an update of the status at 1:00p.m. My car service was complete about 2:30 p.m. when i arrived to pick up my car, as John was completing my transaction, he was also trying to assist the customer in line behind me before completing my transaction which added to my frustration. John needs a refresher training in simply handling 1 customer at a time to completion. His actions were very rude and inconsiderate.
