Needed new battery. Audi Seattle wouldn’t even look at the battery without $700 payment guarantee. This included 1.5 hrs “programming fee” to match the battery to the car. Called AAA for advice and said the fees (including $ 250’”diagnostic fee” ) was not needed. Unfortunately their audi battery of this type was out of stock. Felt forced into paying this outrageous fee as wife didn’t want any hassles. I would NEVER go there again for these $500 in unneeded service fees. We are going to get rid of the Audi because just too expensive to maintain.
