Audi Bellevue

I purchased a brand new 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Bellevue in January 2026. Since delivery, the vehicle has required four service visits within the first few weeks of ownership. The issues have included: * Multiple dashboard warning lights * Driver assistance and steering concerns * Check engine light * Battery-related stored faults * SiriusXM malfunction and syncing errors * Wireless charging failures with dashboard alerts * Excessive heat from the right-side display screen * Fluid leakage observed underneath the vehicle Despite repeated visits, inspections, and software checks, many of these concerns remain unresolved or continue to recur. The right display screen temperature issue has now required escalation to Audi Technical Assistance (TAC). Each visit has required significant time, and I have spent multiple extended hours at the dealership for diagnostics. This has been a very frustrating experience for a brand new luxury vehicle with low mileage. I hope the dealership and Audi of America will work toward a fair and professional resolution.

Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!

Daunte and the Audi Bellevue staff were great to work with and kept me informed of changes. Also set me up w an overnight loaner as the work was taking longer than expected due to some recall work. All around professional and friendly. Will be working w Chris in Sales for a new Audi for myself.
