If I could give -10 stars I would.
If I could give -10 stars I would. Do NOT buy a car from these people! They are the worst kind of humans!! The Office Manager filed our EV paperwork incorrectly and now we're on the hook to pay a big bill. They admitted to the mistake, but everyone from the General Manager, Sai, on down the chain refuse to help fix the situation. It's been 10 months. Audi Corporate sucks too. Filed a report with them and haven't heard back from them either. We have left countless voicemails and sent endless e-mails with several of the employees, Office Manager (Colleen), Finance Manager (Wisam), Sales Manager (Hek) and the General Manager and get NO response. Even reached out the owner (Jason H) of the dealership and he won't respond. Getting to the dealership is not easy, but we have been a few times and what a surprise none of these people are working on the days we go. Buyer BEWARE. Do NOT buy from this dealership.
