Sent out feelers on a specific car on a Sunday and was contacted by Ana Valadez within a couple of hours even though the dealership was closed at the time. She answered almost all of my questions quickly and to the best of her knowledge and, as for questions she couldn’t answer, she asked the appropriate person the next day when the dealership opened. I told her the price I was willing to pay, and we had a deal within minutes and most paperwork was handled by DocuSign that evening. I highly recommend Ana Valadez and Audi North Park.

The worst Audi dealer I have encountered
, and I dealt with a lot lately. They advertise prices that don’t exist, present Federal discounts as their discount on the vehicle, while offering the highest price of any dealer I priced.

Liz was my customer rep and she was great. She provided information, a loaner, and even provided option for delivery of my car for loaner. This is the second time I've dealt with Liz and Audi and i am satisfied each time. Thanks Audi North Park, and Staff. Liz- you Rock!!
