NO TAG OR TITLE AFTER 150 DAYS!!
I don't know where to start on the unprofessionalism of this dealership and these three men Corey Silver, Josh Hoffart, Brandon Brock
I guess we should go back to August 17th when I boarded a plane and flew to San Antonio to purchase a vehicle. I walked into the dealership with my eyes set on a Jaguar F-Pace. Of course, they told me on the phone before I got on the plane they still had it for sale for $28,000 but when I got to the dealership they told me they had sold that one. They then showed me multiple others that were around 33k-42k. I then told them I was going to go purchase another Jaguar down the street at Rick Cavender Toyota for 28k Listed online. (Cavender Toyota their sister dealership.) The manager walked away and came back and told me he had just called that dealership and they sold theirs as well. I then walked outside and called the dealership to see if they actually did sell it and they put me on hold then asked me my name which I thought was strange I told them then they said they had sold it that morning. I hung up and had my friend call them from a local texas number and they told him it was still for sale he could come test drive it now. This is all besides the point and a typical sales tactic but I am opening with this to show you the start of the lies and deception from the management of this dealership. I decided to stay at this dealership after the manager chased me out the door because I had ordered an uber and walked out. After 1 hour of negotiations, I ended up buying a 2019 Jaguar F-pace fully loaded. for $42k
August 17 (Purchase Date)
Let's fast forward 3 weeks. (September)
I contacted the dealership as I have not received my tag/title. They told me to wait another week or so and it should arrive.
I let three weeks go by (October)
I contact the dealership they said they would find out what's wrong and get back in touch with me.
I finally get a call in November.
They reach out and tell me that National DMV(Third Party) is needing a VIN inspection. I then asked them "okay what does that mean?" What do I need to do? They said they would get back to me and let me know.
Another 2 weeks go by I get really mad. I call the dealership and demanded an immediate response. They then told me that "They had been trying to get into contact with me to go get a VIN inspection" Which I was waiting to hear back from them. Which was a complete lie. (No emails or voice mails left?) I was at the airport checking in heading to Mexico. I checked my bags drove down the street and got a VIN inspection and drove back to the airport and sent a photo of the VIN inspection to AUDI DOM. They then contacted me and said "oh wait we need the physical copy." So I called a buddy of mine he went and got the VIN Inspection out of my car at the airport and overnighted it that night to Audi. I am telling you this because finally 3 months later they asked me to do one thing and I did it within minutes for them.
November 23
Brandon Brock at Audi gets the Vin inspection.
Mid December
Weeks go by. Thinking all is in the clear. I will have my tag any second. I contact the dealership they say they're not sure why I don't have it. That they will reach back out to me and let me know.
End of December. I call the dealership and go crazy on them. I demand to talk to the dealership owner Rick Cavender. The next day I receive a personal phone call from Rick who is completely embarrassed by the events that led up to this. He tells me he will put Josh Hoffart the GM on this right away to get me my tag ASAP.
Today is January 11th, 147 Days since the purchase of my vehicle from Audi Dominion. I have yet to receive my tag and title for the car. This dealership is an embarrassment to Rick Cavender and his name. Rick was the nicest guy in the world I can't believe he has employees like this that work for him. I would never in a million years step a foot into this dealership again.
Leadership has terrible attitude

I was shopping for a Q3 and found one at this dealership that met spec requirements but was above targeted price point, the dealership blew me up with calls and voicemails for weeks to follow. When the price point dropped, I asked for disclosures of the vehicle and asked if there were cosmetic damages. I was told there weren’t any.
Yesterday I processed all financing remotely and today my dad and I drove 3 hours from Houston to hand over the check and grab the car only to show up and find that car had paints chips EVERYWHERE, dents on the side door, and adhesive marks on the interior.
Still with the mindset to make it work I asked the dealership manager, Mario, to do touch up on it to make it ready for me. Mario had a poor attitude and told me I could get it fixed myself upon purchasing it. I asked to speak to the dealership director, Malad came out and spoke with an even worse attitude than Mario did. Clearly the xxxx culture is spread from top down “leadership!”
I walked out of the dealership and drove back to Houston with my dad. A $36k sale was lost by Audi Dominion today because their employees can’t get this xxxx together or provide even decent customer service to new customers, feel sorry for the existing ones.
