Audi Plano and my service advisor Bryan Cabrera keep my Q5 in excellent shape. I appreciate so much the video the mechanic sends to my phone as he is completing the multi-point checklist that is done every time. Bryan always explains the work that will be done that day and what I can expect at the next service. Today he went out of his way to fix my husband’s key fob and showed me what to do in the future if it happened again. I am a very satisfied Audi Plano customer! Thanks Bryan!

The pre-owned sales manager - Mitchell Bartz - was a complete xxxxx, despite the fact I had driven four hours to see the car. It's a miracle I bought the vehicle. The dealership then took over two months to provide a second key and reimbursement for repairs I had done back home. Management has not once responded to emails I've sent. Avoid this dealership like the plague, unless you're a glutton for punishment.
