I've delt with Paul now 3 times with having my car serviced and he has been a blessing as apposed to the other times I've had my car serviced at this location.
Great Sales Person-Horrible Car Buying Process

The car is excellent, fair deal. The sales person did an excellent job. This is the second car I purchased from Auto Nation in 2 weeks (helped a friend the week before). The buying process is horrible. Despite having my own financing already in place, the finance manager threatened to sell car if I didn't finance through them and then wouldn't send the purchase order to provide to my bank. I finally did receive it from "The Director". When I returned with the check to purchase the car, they made me wait for over an hour for the "Finance Manager". I offered to come back the next day at a predetermined time so I could get in and out. When I complained about the wait to manager he said they do not make appointments and it was "first come, first serve and this was part of the process. Well,,,your process SUCKS. They finally provided the title paperwork which I signed in 10 minutes. Auto Nation really needs to value the customer's time and make the process easier. There is really no good reason to make a customer wait (who was willing to schedule an appointment) for a dysfunctional process.

We bought a new Audi A5. Our salesman Yomi and sales manager Riley had to find the car out of state since my wife new exactly what she wanted and it didn't exist locally. The not only made the deal we wanted but was able to secure the car and have it transported in minimal time. They did an exceptional job and the customer service was the best we've ever seen and we've bought a lot of new cars over the years. Also, service was outstanding. High marks and recommendations for this dealership and the guys at Audi Plano. Thanks
