It?s rare to find a service advisor who combines technical knowledge with good customer communication, and Jorge does both very well. Overall, Audi Plano has built a team that clearly cares about both the product and the customer experience. From sales to service, I felt respected, well-informed, and well-taken-care-of. The service is top notch at Audi Plano. My service advisor, Bryan C., can work miracles. Most recently, he helped me with a tire punctured by a nail the day before New Year's Eve. When the tire wasn't repairable due to the angle of the nail, he sourced a replacement tire and had it delivered that same day! The shop worked a few minutes past closing time to get the new tire installed and balanced as well as deflating and storing the spare tire back in the trunk. Their efforts allowed me to travel safely out of town so could celebrate the new year as I had originally planned! Kudos to Bryan and the Audi Plano service team!
