I leased a vehicle from ANH/Sewell and the lease
I leased a vehicle from ANH/Sewell and the lease experience was fast and precise. Today (15 months later +/-) I visited for maintenance and was even more impressed. I had a noon appointment and ‘my’ service advisor met me at the covered service reception area at noon, sharp. I had called yesterday with a recall notice and he said ‘can you bring it in tomorrow? Will you need a loaner or can you hang around for an hour?’ Wow. I’m amazed because other dealers are making appointments for a week to ten days. Andrew was terrific. ‘Do you have time for us to wash the car?’ I’m blown away. I’ve been driving ‘prestige’ German vehicles for 20 years and never been treated this well. Very courteous (and seemingly genuine) and while I think a buyer of BMWs/Audis/Benzes could/should expect better service than a Nissan customer (no offense), the reception and service and treatment I received at ANH/Sewell was waaaaay better than anywhere I have ever been before.

Great overall experience working with Dusty Roberts and Reagan! Very patient and provided amazing service! They answered all our questions about the cars we test drove, the feature differences, the warranty details. Even added the bow on our car and took pictures as the nice finishing touch on the experience! Definitely recommend going to them if you are in the market for an Audi!
