I found a car I wanted to buy from this dealer that was listed as Certified Preowned. I even went so far as to send them a credit approval form. After they made out the deal sheet, the salesman called me and said that the car was precertified, not certified and that I would have to pay an additional $1300 to get it certified. However, on the website, the car was listed as Certified Preowned. I told the salesman, Syed, that I was not interested unless the car was certified. Then Eddie, another employee there, called me and tried to talk me into buying the car telling me that they had another buyer. I told him I was not interested because the car was falsely advertised. He hung up on me when I told him they were guilty of false advertising. Another employee called me the next morning to try to get me to buy the car, but I told him that I would not buy it without a certified warranty.

Beautiful and clean facilities. Courteous and engaging representatives. I have used this location for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Excellent service.

My daughter found a used car online at their dealership in grapevine so I left work early to test drive the vehicle. When we returned from the test drive I told the salesman I wanted to purchase the vehicle. I sent my daughter in with my husband on phone ready to pay. The salesman informed my daughter someone else was purchasing the car. Little did we know they were attempting to finance the vehicle we left and 30 min later they called to say the financing didn’t go thru and we could come back I informed their sales mgr I had a another obligation and would call in a hr as I did to be informed someone else was driving the car and he would call me back in ten minutes either way still waiting on that call from Eddie that was Saturday 12/12/20 it’s Monday thanks but no thanks professionalism is something I demand when I am spending my money...
