Great service from Mark, my entertainment system went out on Q8, he was able to get me in next day. It did take a while to find the problem but he kept me updated along the way. Had the car washed when I picked it up. Love the new location and building. Mark is very professional and friendly,

New Audi was towed at 14,000 miles because of warning light. Towing company chosen by Audi damaged car as I watched. Service person at Audi Dealership made promises saying he would fix the car that was damaged by the towing company, even scheduling time and date, then later changed his mind and said, “Sorry, you have to do all that. We will not fix it.” He also promised to send me a ride to the dealership and did not. Hours on the phone, paperwork, waiting on hold, all over problems from “Audi Customer Care”. The single worst customer experience I’ve ever had rated to an automobile.

Later he said, “No, all that is up to you to get fixed.” Hours on hold, paperwork, waiting for tow truck who did not come at the time frame Audi said they would. Audi service person also promised to schedule pickup. Two hours later, I finally took Uber to dealership. ‘Oh, he said. I meant to do that.” This is the single worst customer service experience concerning an automobile that I have ever had.
